Within the manure spreader field, B. Strautmann & Söhne GmbH u. Co. KG can look back on more than 50 years of experience and offers today a product range including the proper solution for any field of application from the BE 4 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 5,800 kg to the PS 3401 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 34,000 kg. 

The Streublitz, the origin of the later developed galvanised Silberblitz models, is well-known on the manure spreader market.

MS 801 - 1401 - Proven technology with maximum stability

The most compact model range available from Strautmann with 2 disc spreading units and 2 horizontal discharge beaters, with capacities from 8m3 to 12m3. Steel body and frames allow lower tare weight for higher payloads and greater manoeuvrability. The MS1201 and MS1401 are standard with weather and wear resistant plastic floor.

VS 1605 - 2005 - The powerful ones

A heavy duty range suitable for large farms and contractors, with capacities from 16m3 to 18m3 and fitted with 2 disc spreading units and 2 horizontal discharge beaters. The spreading discs and beaters are protected via cam clutch, as well as being fitted with Hardox tines, vanes and wear plates.

The VS range has the option of ISOBUS controls and the VS1805 and VS2005 are also available with on board weighing so as to be prepared for precision farming.

PS 2401 / 3401 - The professional spreaders for any application

A high capacity range suitable for the professional user, with capacities from 23m3 to 28m3. When fitted with the 2 disc spreading system, the PS is capable of spreading up to 24m, as well as making it possible to spread lime.

The PS range has the option of ISOBUS controls and on board weighing so as to be prepared for precision farming. The body is completely welded for strength and to protect against corrosion, and the rear horizontal beaters are driven via a gearbox and drive shaft instead of chains.

TS 140 / 160 - Strong performance by solid technology

The TS series offers a lower specification muck spreader with two vertical discharge beaters, with spreading widths of up to 8m and a capacity from 14m3 to 16m3. Designed for the UK market, the TS is suitable for farmers and smaller contractors. A narrower body with a “V” shaped trough coupled with the wheels being incorporated into the body of the spreader gives a higher level of manoeuvrability.
