Return of more compact forage wagon will aid operations in space-restricted areas
In response to market demand, OPICO is re-introducing the Strautmann Giga Vitesse 3201. This more compact forage wagon will give better access and manoeuvrability in situations where space is restricted.
OPICO’s James Woolway explains: “The 3601 model of the Giga Vitesse is the best-selling forage wagon in Strautmann’s range. Contractors and large scale farmers appreciate its size and capacity, and the CFS chopping rotor with its 45 knives which enable a consistent 35mm chop length.
“However, in the UK, some contractors have customers where space restrictions add challenges to efficiency in forage operations. Hence we are re-launching the 3201 model which has the same features as the 3601, but is one section, 1m, shorter in length: 8.42m long, not 9.42m.”
The Giga Vitesse 3201 will be re-introduced to the UK for the 2017 season, after three years of absence. Price, £74,330+VAT.
A Giga Vitesse 3201 will be on display on the Strautmann stand at The Dairy Show on 5th October at the Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet.
A 2-year 0% finance scheme is available on all Strautmann forage wagons purchased before 30th November. More information on Strautmann’s range can also be found at www.strautmann.co.uk or by calling OPICO on 01778 421111.
